No there just cramps, I had those last week.

I've had period like cramps on and off throughout my pregnancy. So I guess they'll just get more obvious when they become actual contractions?

my contractions feel like period cramps but i have also had them a few days now bc they dont stay constant all day

sounds like labor to me. my labor started off as period cramps exactly like you're describing. time them.
