Yes u can, stool softner colace, Metamucil like @k_ray said, fiber con, milk of mag, I'm 38 wks my doc had me taking all of them at once when I was 35 wks cause the constipation was causing so much pressure

Yes, I've been on still softeners and Metamucil off and on this whole pregnancy because of constipation. Just make sure the type you take is okay, I don't know if all of them are approved or not.
