I ate it every morning for breakfast or at least 5 days a week. at first I didn't know that it increased your supply I just randomly started eating it for breakfast at school (I was 17 when I had my daughter) then I got super engorged and I was leaking in class haha! I went straight to the nurses office and pumped like 12 oz haha.

Googled it and I was like ohhh I didn't know oatmeal did that haha.

I like never drank water either, just my oatmeal and pumping every 4 hours. if she ate off one side then I would pump the other at the same time so you could have more in your let down.

drink alot of water, a hot chocolate every morning, or Avena, or Atole, and eat, ALOT

I ate alot of oatmeal (maple brown sugar) with my son. This time around I bought a tea im going to try called mothers milk.
