Y'all I am in tears right now.. we get a note on the door saying we have to be out by March 1st!! I called the office the lady said "your lease was up in Oct so you guys been living month to month but you are lucky because we forgot to charge y'all for month to month fees" bytch lucky are you serious. So she was like " well y'all have 30 days to find a new place" && I'm like we can just sign another lease. she said "they are MAKING us give up possession of the place". I asked why. she said we don't have to give you a reason just like if you choose to not renew your lease you don't have to give us a reason!!! I am having a baby in 2 fuckin weeks!! baby room is done && all I am so pissed. I can't believe this shyt!

that is crazy! them no charging you month to month isn't your fault! can they give you notice like that to vacate like that? I would take to them to court, call legal aid and find out what you can do. Also check your lease

find some type of legal tenant service because they have to give you 30 days and they never gave notice your lease was changing over that shit sounds beyond illegal
