you will know when your in labor to actually go in... braxton hicks are normal if your getting a lot make sure your drinking plenty of fluids because dehydration will cause braxron hicks I was pregnant in the summer time both pregnancies with my two sons
i went to the ER due to a bad uti but had to stay over night due to Braxton hicks I was getting them a lot they said it was fine as long as you aren't dilating & aren't painful I drank a lot of water & they went away. try laying in a comfortable & relaxing (:
