Does anyone know were or how you can apply for maternity leave disability in CA.

some jobs require you file the leave 30 days before, i would just check with your human resource department
@adriana415, your doctor is the only one that can technically put you on leave , i took a pregnancy leave during my 3rd and 4th month due to hyperemisis, but i gave my job the note, filed the paperwork, and then the office submitted it online
im on leave now that im 38 weeks, and then i will go on maternity leave
but i didnt file the maternity leave until recently
did you already get the leave paperwork from your doctor for work? you just need to go on edd.gov i believe it is and you fill in your part, then call your doctors office with the claim # and they submit on behalf for your doctor then it gets processed
