Every time I think of my birth plan I have no idea where to even begin, but I really like yours! You'll have to let me/us know how the nurses and doctors abide to it! I'm really curious to see and know if they even try to adhere to it or they're just like whatever.

for labor if your getting epidural I don't think they offer any other position besides laying on back...

I had a talk with them at 33 weeks they try everything they can to follow the birth plan but you know sometimes babies won't have it lol I also have my wic paper I have to get signed In it and my checklist plus notes for my husband in case I'm sleeping and can't answer questions or to high on pain meds but if it helps I just looked up birth plans on Google image and took what I thought important from everyone I saw and put it in my own and organized for what I felt was simple and comfortable for me and my docs to follow @monica.prado

Yeah I think @mrs.oliva is right. Once you get the epidural you can't pick your legs up and they don't even let you up to pee.

I already know that but if it's too late for me to get an epi because my son decides he wants to say hello world I'd like to chose my position @mrs.oliva

I had it originally set without that in it then I heard stories from my friends that they don't have time to get an epidurol and everything went to hell so I put it in my birth plan just in case I have to go all natural or I change my mind when I get there @caydensmommy

And Ty my first so I'm not 100% sure what to expect so we might end up having to wing it @mrs.oliva
