what did dilation pains feel like to yall?

contractions, tightening of the stomach and a release of pain and tightening again

im getting really bad pains and streching in my cirvix and tightening in the top of my tummy

im thinking bout it, im scared its nothing though.

i listened to my body and laid down and so far no more pains if they continue i deff will call

its okay to go in for nothing, try drinking water also. i hope you get some relief soon!
