No, at ten weeks they should see something. Maybe your a bit earlier.

@junebaby, i saw something it was just tiny and the doctor didn't even try her best to see it was quick she just looked and said nope nothing i was upset but i hope it's just I'm to early in pregnancy

I hope so. I lost a baby at 13 weeks. The baby had stopped developing and I never knew until my ultrasound. No symptoms or anything other than faint spotting. I am praying everything is ok for you.
