How many mommies did direct skin to skin and how many mommies plan on doing it?? If you did it how did it make you feel?

wow, thanks for sharing this...I never knew we had a choice. When I had my 1st son they cleaned him off first...I'm definitely going to be asking the doctor about that
I did it it was amazing made me feel closer to my baby boy
@sexii_diiva, yeah some ppl rather wait til baby is clean before they do chest to chest I think if you don't say nothing they just place the baby on your stomach for a min then clean them up before they let you hold them.
I did I love it and cant wait til brooklyn gets here to do it again. Its so soothing.
@sexii_diiva, when you get your baby as soon as it comes out without being wiped down. not just baby to stomach but like chest to chest.
I didn't because I had the damn hospital gown and didn't know really about the skin to skin but they always put baby on top of me but I never got grossed out at all. I kissed baby before they got wiped down. but yeah this time I'm doing it.
@summerbaby, @mrs.oliva I plan on doing it as well but everyone I know say they didn't do it cuz it was nasty I'm like but its your baby.
I haven't done it but I will with this baby #4!!! I'm going to write my birth plan soon and give it to my doctor.
