so the doctors called with the blood results and said I'm slightly anemic... I'm scared because I don't know much about it and my next appointment is on the 5th of next month! if anyone has advice, help ... anything please let me know.

Awe don't worry, its actually really common. Like they said, take those iron pills and you will be fine. I was anemic as well, I just took some extra iron and my baby is just fine! :)
Like @nechalcare45 your baby will get the iron it needs from the supplements just make sure you take them its really nothing to worry about. I also eat lots of liver and spinach. you and baby will be just fine 😉
well just take the iron pills everyday..when I was anemic a ate anything..so don't worried about it to much girl your baby is going to be fine;)@babybumb19

I'm anemic as well, my doctor puts me on iron pills for twice a day and I take citranatal assure vitamins both prescribed.
she did prescribe some pills I'm going to pick them up today. my main concern is can it effect the baby? do I need to go on a diet? or change any aspect of my workout

I'm borderline anemic. you can also suppliment iron into your diet with meats and leafy greens

Im anemic I just take an extra iron pill aside from my prenatals.
no need to worry. most of us here are taking iron pills
