I think my son has been having nightmares. he has been waking up shaking and crying like he is terrified. I normally just put him back to sleep but its been happening more often. :( it makes me sad.

try a nightlight.. it may help.

@elliot.s, I keep the hall light on and it keeps the room bright he is only ten months and he sleeps in our bed. I don't know.

@lukiesmommy, hmm.. I dunno then :( my sister had that issue we used a nightlight that moved like stars she fell asleep to that and the music
