how do u guys feel about the baby daddy or significant other working from 7am to 1 am.. 5days a week?.. I'm not sure how I feel I don't want to be stuck alone with a newborn no sleep or breaks.. but if i have to I have to.. :( any advice? its a new job and he likes it there so far but I'm not crazy about the hours.. u know? any advice? maybe?
@kimmygarrett85, he's a maintenance mechanic.. for this one. there hiring like 30 people in Texas and flordia
Ya that's understandable. and dam he makes great money. good for him. @elliot.s
@kimmygarrett85, yeah he's making 25 a hour for the job.. but still I want him around or at least enough to give me a break when I need one.
@delilahsmommy2015, no with this job we will have to move towns and states maybe.. I'll be 30-40 mins out to my dads and my mothers. ( there separated) so I'll have to make friends quick.. in the new town or baby sitters
I understand where you are coming from...but we need our husband's to provide for us. my hubby works 6 days a week 10 hour shifts. my 2 daughters are at school, and their after school program from 7:30-4:00. But like my grandma says if he ain't working I'll be complaining about him and $$ if he's working I want him home...grandma say I can't always have it my way. it's all worth it in the end. at least you have a provider and your baby and you are lucky for that. 😊 just spend the time you have with him and make it count.
@delilahsmommy2015, I hope so.. I'd be fine if its like 5-4pm at night to 1 but all day with a new born.. it going to be difficult :( but momma gotta do what she has to.
@sexii_diiva, I really don't want to end up like my mother.. who never was there id hate to have my child not see his father that means a lot to me :(
I wouldn't be able to handle that... that means I never see you 😕
@therealmerilyn, that's also what I'm worried about.. that if he doesn't get enough I'm sure his PTSD will kick in like last time.. I get to hear his hours and more info on wensday but he says he's going to work from like 7am to 1am.. I hope not :(
@delilahsmommy2015, I agree why I would basically be only one doing things. I doubt he will come home and help he will come home and sleep I'm sure
@therealmerilyn, yes I guess but he's gone at 7 am to 1 am the next morning.. and work about an hour away.. it sucks and I know I'll have to do it on my own raising him until he gets promoted or finds a new one.. I just hope they let him come home at 4-5 like most places.. he works second shift as a mechanic
I don't think 1am is too bad my sister has to desk with the same thing. Her baby is a daddies girl and sometimes don't call asleep until he's home... I think its better to have him at 1am rather than him being gone till 6am ya know ?

idk how I feel about this both Chinese gender calendar and this website says I'm having a girl has any one done these and they completely wrong??
Ladies...if your husband has a friend of the opposite sex who is asking for advice from him about what to do about her cheating husband....how would you feel about it? Would you even let that conversation go on? I would like to get every and any opinion on this matter
I started feeling down cause baby girl won't be breastfed. Kinda feel like I'm failing her. Any advice?
How would I know if I am having contractions? Im a first time mom and I feel bad cramps, I feel pressure sometimes but I don't know how it would feel to have contractions or what counts as one. Any advice?
I'm still trying to get a feel for this app but are there any STAHM here?
That's pretty ridiculous hours wise, i would never want that for myself or my boyfriend, its not worth it to me at all.
