Any one else find it kind of hard to eat after giving birth? I mean you have to eat a lot more healthier because what ever I eat the baby literally eats up. But that was the case when the bby was inside me too right? o.o TMI- but I guess I'm really scared of going #2 or being constipated. Shiiiiid I got stitched up 2nd D tear D;

@christyc, yeah I'm fine now, that was when I had my daughter 13 months ago. but they forgot my placenta inside of me during my csection so it rotted inside me and that's why I got an infection.

I didn't eat for about 10 days after I had my daughter. I had an internal infection and felt like I was dying lol. 
just try light snacks
