It's different for everyone. I had had it and now I'm pregnant. The pro to it is you don't have to remember to take any bc pills... The con I still had breakthrough bleeding with it. You're typically not supposed to have your period but small spotting is normal. I ended up back on the pill because it didn't keep my face clear of acne and with the pill I always knew when to expect my period.

@adrians.mommy12, yes I'm planning on getting the copper iud I think it is but I'm terrified. I've only had the pill and I hated the pill! my body and mind reacts terrible to the hormones

yeah I'm 16 so I choose the longest one I don't want another baby till married & stuff but I heard it can affect the ability to have babys & stuff :/ @wyattsmommy91 wy
