Question:
I have a dog. She's a Shar Pei mix rescue. She's extremely sweet and smart except that she has terrible separation anxiety, is very possessive over me and doesn't do well with small animals.
I really don't want to loose her because she's a great dog, she's just a rescue and very insecure. And I don't want to get rid of her if I didn't have to.
But I also don't want to risk her hurting the baby. what do I do?? :(
@isabellasmommy2015, i Dont rush out the door the second shes calm. it doesn't matter if shes been calm for half and hour, the second we leave, she goes manic.
@isabellasmommy2015, she has a crate she goes into when we leave because she destroys things because she gets so upset when we leave. I try to wait until shes calm but the second we leave she barks and howls and whines and goes crazy until we come back.
have her lay down and be calm in her own bed before you leave or go to do somthing else it helps bunches for them to be calm before you leave
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

Well I would see how she acts with the baby first before sending her away some dogs respond really well despite what you expected, your baby is never gonna be unsupervised and if he or she is you'd probably put the baby in a crib or bassinet away from the dogs reach...the day we brought the baby home we put her outside and let her smell his blanket, and then led her inside to meet the little one and she at first made me worried, she seemed really jealous but I feel like she matured and she's always checking up on the baby and licking him...there have been little things that almost happened, just accidents, like my dog is nippy and when she means to lick she sometimes bites and she almost nipped his head..You just gotta watch out with any dog
