@musiowskij, gonna check you cause if your mucous plug is thinning or coming out then your cervix is thinning, that's why u said it not good it happened to me lol, I was in preterm labor twice they gave me magnesium, betamethasone, and procardia every 6hrs around the clock for 3mths and progesterone injections weekly

Hahaha they can give meds to stop labor? That's awesome lol, the nurse finally called me back and they are having me come in tomorrow. I'm not sure what they're going to do.. Any idea? @mrssabby

@musiowskij, nope they had me on so many meds to stop my labor I think they stopped it for good 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂this lil baby in there tight lol he was gonna induce me on the 1st but my due date is the 8th so I can wait lol, yeah if they don't call stool softners are fine I would go with ducolax I think that's how it's spelled lol

If it's not bloody there's nothing to worry about. Mucus plugs can come out multiple times during pregnancy, they regenerate themselves.

Whenever the nurse calls me back I'll ask them about the stool softener. They take forever, I've been waiting for you to go into labor already! Lol @mrssabby

@musiowskij, aww it's okay just get a stool softner that's what my doc told me and I've been fine until now I will be 37 Sunday so it's time for mine to start shedding but I still take the softner so I don't strain ir push too hard

It's so nasty lol I'm so scared of anything happening to have the baby come early too that's my biggest fear! But thank you that makes me feel a bit better lol @mrssabby

It's mucous it comes from pushing, meaning you are straining, meaning you need to get a stool softner, miralax, fibercon or something else to soften your stools so the just come out with no force

I was on the phone with my doctor and I lost service and it got disconnected I'm so mad. Now I'm on hold with them forever. -__- I hope it's not my mucas plug.

If you aren't having bloody discharge, having contractions, or think your water has broken, you're probably alright. Mucous plugs can come out several times during pregnancy. They regenerate. Just keep an eye on yourself, that you aren't having mild contractions.
