Religious debates with my hubby. I want to raise our baby Jewish. He doesn't have a religion really. He doesn't really believe in organized religion. This is a tough one.
Don’t get preachy on the internet if you can’t handle opposing views. Organized religion is a control mechanism. Organized religion has caused more wars and hatred than anything. The Bible belongs in the fiction section of the library.
Rant My SO has been rude a lot ever since I've gotten pregnant...he said he doesn't care about my pregnancy, he doesn't even take one day off from work just ONE to come to at least one ultra sound appointment. I mean he's always making sure I'm fed, he lets use the heating pad, and even apologized to saying he doesn't care. He can mess with me all day but when I want to join and play around he gives me an attitude. He just makes me feel like s*** at times. He's a great fiancé don't get me wrong, but he can really get on my nerves and makes me upset to the point I go to bed earlier than him and cry until I fall asleep. Idk if it's the hormones or something/: I try to be a great fiancé. But I always seem to fail /:
Religion Conspiracy/Theory **This is not to bash peoples religion and beliefs but to talk about our own theories and ideas** I would like to discuss a certain topic that came to mind after talking to my SO. I know some of you ladies like a good conspiracy talk so i would like to have a good discussion and hear thoughts of others. So back story my SO friends got very offended when he mentioned not believing in god or religion and it got me thinking. Is religion a failing form of goverment control? Religion and goverment have been operating for a very very very long time and co existed together. So back before church and state were seperated the goverment and religious officals worked together create ideals that would be implemented into the lives of every person they can get a hold of and spread it from one person to another thus the population would act a certain way and follow everything the church had to say and those who opposed it with diffrent beliefs and religion would get killed. Once the people started questioning their actions they created the devils image to have people fear something greater and get their attention away from them. So they justify their "sins" by doing it in the name of god and since they are doing it for god then its ok because they are cleaning the world of evil. So to present day church and state is somewhat seperated now and less people are starting to not believe in god or any religion (including my SO and i) that promote fear to have people act a certain way or they will suffer for all eternity. So back to the question do you think its possible that religion is starting to be a failing form of goverment control?

This chick that works with my boyfriend really confessed her love to my man and then went into tears when he rejected her. (Mind you, he works in a kitchen and tells everyone about me and the fact that I’m pregnant and how excited he is to have a son.) Apparently she’s started to cause him problems at work and getting jealous when he talks other females, me included😂 Like this hoe really tried it😩😂🤪

He's just saying that because he doesn't want the baby growing up Jewish. Teach him what u want. You're so right, if your child later says "this just isn't me" then that's fine, let him follow what he believes . I just feel like as parents we should still teach our kids atleast . I hope ur hubby understands :/

@mmmirage, girl, trust me, I said the same thing. He thinks it's forcing religion on a baby and I kinda get that but if my child later tells me it's not what it wants I'll fully let me child decide when it's old enough. I'm don't think he's getting that I'm open to our child's decision later.

My bf and I are the same way.. he has his "doubts" about everything. we have debates about it all the time.
