I think it may be a heat rash and like @Junebaby just watch it and her temp to be sure

could just be from her rubbing it against the covers or her bed. she may be sensitive to something.

no I don't think she has a fever she's just warm because I had the fireplace on

babies often get little rashes. just watch it close and if it spreads take her to the doctor. any fever?

Could be a heat rash. Strip her down and put some baby powder on the spots to dry it out
