you don't always lose your mucus plug I've only lost it once & I went onto labor days after I lost it. but sometimes you can lose it & nothing will happen itll actually just grow back

just because you lose it doesn't mean labor is coming anytime soon 😑

Yeah, I didn't loose mine with my first. I hadn't heard that, though. About nothing happening until it grows back @january10th I know that. I've just heard it could be days or weeks. I was just seeing if maybe I could come up with an average or something like that. Just out of curiosity @sexii_diiva

It can grow back I'm pretty sure I've seen ladies say they lost it & then weeks later they lose it again. But mucus plug isn't a very good way to judge when labor will start.

I've only lost a small piece of mine that I know of and when I told my Dr about it, he said that it was nothing to worry about. He said it's not an indication of labor unless it's bloody.

I never knew you could loose it more than once, but I guess that makes sense @january10th it does look rather gross, haha @sexii_diiva I've heard the same. I've heard it could be days or even weeks @kate0329 my dr didn't seem worried either, but I never knew that but about the blood. Is that what people refer to as "the bloody show"? @brisegars

Okay, I've always wondered what "bloody show" meant. Thanks (: @brisegars
