Rant: "You shouldn't do that while pregnant" There's an insanely good chance that I've already…

It's like that with me but when I say I'm going to paint my baby's room...everyone keeps saying you shouldn't but I talked to my Dr and as long as the room is well ventilated, I don't stand on a ladder, and I take plenty of breaks I will be fine...I just wanna help my husband paint my daughters room lol.

@eskawho, exactly. I'll listen to my doctor over random people on Facebook any day. And people don't seem to realize there's a difference between "looking out for a person" and being judgmental.

you'll get that on this website too... people will try to alter your opinions because they Dr said this && only their Dr is right 😑😑

Every woman is different I hate when people try to tell me what to do and what to eat and I need to exercise more, I can't paint my nails I can't get my hair colored or even occasionally have a sip or wine or champaign. It drives me up the wall.

@sexii_diiva, Yea, it's unfortunate. Like my doctor said not to eat lunch meat, so I don't. But if other doctors said it was fine for their patients then I don't see anything wrong with it. Each pregnancy is different, and so is each doctor. Each doctor is making the calls that are best for their patient.

@sirenita_x3, I don't see the problem with any of that stuff. I personally won't take sips of drinks, but I never liked alcohol anyway. I think as long as it's just a sip or two there's shouldn't be a big deal about it. I've had to take pain medication a few times from having teeth pulled, or having such bad jaw infections I was losing a bunch of weight. So why would I try to tell someone they can't have a sip of something when I had to have something which wasn't the best either?

@sexii_diiva, @alhynele Lol. I just wish people wouldn't be so judgmental about things. Nothing we do during our pregnancies are 100% safe. Even Tylenol has it's risks.

@mariahappy, You can only say it nicely so many times. So many people think they know what's best for everyone else. We mamas know what's best for our child, just like they know what's best for theirs.

Lol you can totally get your hair colored. If that whole theory was true how would stylists' babies turn out? Makes me laugh when people think they can't color their hair haha I work with it all day and I'm fine and my doctor didnt worry at all when I told her what I do. People need to mind their own business sometimes
