any one else suffer from really bad anxiety and panic attacks? I have since I was 18 and I'm terrified of having a attack during labour. can anyone help or give advice?
Look into hypno birthing breathing techniques, it really helped me throughout my 1st labour, focusing on a breathing technique helps keep you calm. I also gave my husband a particular phrase to say to me if he thought I was starting to panic (like a safe word lol) to snap me out of it.
