Its horrible. starts out with a small burn in the middle of your chest then slowly burns more & more. the only thing that really helps is trying to let out a big burp. but then itll make me wanna throw up & nothing comes out.
@mrs.aceves damn... yea I've never dealt with heartburn.... my husband gets it when he eats too much spicy food but so I guess I assumed that's how you get it... but it sounds very aggravating
nope not at all before pregnancy. it only happens when I get pregnant lol
anything gives me heartburn. any kind of soda, dark or light except sprite. Gatorade is a big one that always gives me heartburn. chocolate & sweets. pretty much everything except spicy food LOL Even pizza gives me heartburn

@sexii_diiva, ugh yeah my heartburn is literally all day & worse at night. I wake up too often at night in pain because it hurts so bad
