yes my doc said water n milk helps and some bakeries sell them u just got to Google which ones in ur area or try baking them urself
N stay hydrated I easy told to.drink lots of milk to.produce milk... idk about that just what I was told
you just don't want to let them get all the way full.if your boobs think they aren't producing enough for.baby as far as not filling up n the they are increasing that amount of milk being produced
i think kart of it might be that i dont eat alot Maybe 2-3 times a day and its only small things but i rly just dont have an appatite
ill try i tend to pump about every 3-4 hrs when they feel full but that could be whats causing my probs too @sierarodriguez12
try to pump like every 2 hours it should.help with stimulation n help you produce more
I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
Do you guys know any tips or any types of food i need to eat to produces more milk for my baby?😭
I want to start working soon, I gave my little one formula only a few times, so she's basically ONLY breastfed. Can I introduce her to formula because storing breast milk is such a bitch, plus I produce JUST enough for her I don't produce any extra??
I need help...what can i eat or drink to be able to produce more milk??
Do you have to eat good in order to breastfeed? My MiL always asks if I'm eating good and I tell her yea just because I don't want to argue with her (I only eat like once or twice if I'm lucky a day) but I mean, there are women in third world countries who breastfeed and I'm sure they rarely eat themselves too. She always says that if I don't eat proper meals throughout the day my milk will 'dry up' is this true??
hope it works for ya!
