When did you ladies start to feel better down there? I had to get two small tears stitched up near the front and I'm 3 days postpartum. when can I expect to be able to not be in excruciating pain?

When the stitches were healing like a week later I think maybe 2 weeks? it was horrible. I was very itchy and irritating for me. I kept using that water bottle for awhile though it helped so much! that spray medication stuff has a numbing agent in it I believe so it helped along with the medicated pads and water bottle.

My hospital gave me those pads, a medicated spray and a bottle that they told me to put warm water in and to spray that water or let it run down me while I was using the bathroom! it helps alot. if they didn't give you one then use an extra cup or something just to put warm water in, when you use the bathroom pour it over yourself and it should help. the medicated spray can be bought at a pharmacy it's called dermoplast I believe. I hope you get better soon! I had a ton of stitches after my daughter
