well if he doesn't smell then his okay, my baby's was attached, smelled and stuff coming out. But just clean it real well. @alicia91 😉

@mrsruvalcaba did it keep smelling? His smelled yesterday when it came off but now it dried up and doesnt smell :(

when my baby's smelled and stuff coming out, it was indeed infected.. but hope your case is different @alicia91

my baby's is still kinda bleeding a little but no bad smells or anything. he has a doctors appointment today I'm gonna ask her about it today..

@mrsruvalcaba @january10th @minililly So sorry girls I forgot to respond!! His came off yesterday now, but it does have this unpleasant smell to it. Is that normal or does it mean its infected? Also when it came off, there was still some blood and some white liquid kinda there. Is that normal?

My baby is 11 days and still has hers fully attached. I'm super careful because I too feel that it hurts them even though her Dr said it doesn't. Her Dr said not to wet it or clean it with alcohol for it can get infected and stinky😷

my baby's cord is coming off too its hanging by a little piece now. I don't think it hurts tho I mean unless you like pull it off or something lol but soon it'll fall completely off. my mom told me to clean it with alcohol so it would come off faster but idk I haven't tried it

no it doesn't hurt them girly I asked last year with my baby,I rushed him to the er cause I though it was infected and I asked if hurts when falling off they said no. The Dr even pulled it around to clean it up, looked painful when she did that but she said it's not @alicia91

@mrs.aceves Oh wow that is crazy! I kinda wish his would fall off already because it's hard putting his diaper and clothes on but I can already see under the cord because its coming off like from one side, but it just looks like its painful.

Doesnt really hurt unless its attached to a piece of skin still. my daughters cord came off when she was at her check up at 3 days old. doc laughed & said "Well it fell off quick" LOL he said it wasn't too much to worry about
