Idk if these are literally real contractions or false since the boy has been giving me false labor twice. Starting with full lower back pain it's tolerable along with stomach hardness and tolerable pain. Been using this app to keep track and right now average duration 48sec and average frequency 4:20. Going to keep track still see where they go but they are hurting badly at all.

if this goes on for more than an hour than go to L&D. try to walk and talk and drink water. if they don't go away then it's probably labor!

the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.

Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week.
