@queionia maybe try 2 tbs and then do 2 tbs 4 hours later. Maybe it will help dilate you a lil I honestly do not know

@queionia, idk my sister told me her friend try and it kick started contractions with in a few hours. I figured since I was 4cm it would kick start some but not even one. Are you dilated yet?

I tried ! It wasn't fun ! I did 2oz then 4 hours later 2 Oz again. I just has bad cramps consistent and the runs all night. Even tried another 2 Oz the next day and nothing.

I heard if you are dilated far and thinned it may help but I am 4 cm and 75 % thinned and it didn't do anything.
