I'm going on 2 months😸feeling supper nauseous and can't hold anything down at all not even water. any help mommies?
try taking unisom with vitamin b6, always keep something in your tummy, i drink shots of lemon juice sometimes, try getting a perscription for zofran, eat crackers or toast when you first wake up, try peppermints, try ice instead of water, i drink out of my babies sippy cup so i dont get tons of water at a time, avoid spicy foods or greasy foods, anything with ginger...i used to just pour ginger in my mouth with my second pregnancy lol, can you tell me and nausea have been battling for years
I drank breakfast drinks and stuff like that. Still ended up losing over 20 pounds, but at least baby was getting a lot of the nutrients he needed. Also if it gets too bad your doctor may prescribe nausea medicine.
I agree with @godsgift24 sucking on lemon with salt help with being nauseous & mint gum!
@babyluv101, I know it's the worst but it gets better hang in there I know its horrible! try things that you do feel like eating don't force your self with big heavy meals. mash potatoes helped me a loooot!
Also eat smaller portions, don't lie down after eating or eat before bed
drink gingerale, and eat saltine crackers. .. what can also help is sucking on a piece of lemon with salt. ..
thank you ladies I'm going to try each remedies @tattooedwho @lizzilarson @junebaby
