does anybody drink that mothers milk tea? is it gross? can i add sugar too it?

how much does it take? the taste isnt too bad...not my favorite....lol but i need to make more milk. i feel bad cause im not making enough for my baby :/ @sgtpeppertheory

just a bit. it really does take a lot of it to actually help you produce more.

My mom got me some, but it was the licorice flavor. Not sure if tgere are other flavors but I hate licorice lol.

(I drink 5 cups a day as the box suggests so I've had about 7 cups so far)

I hate tea & my boyfriend ordered me some & I tried it last night to me it doesn't really have a taste. It smells like it would but it doesn't really. Good for me because I hate tea & it's making me produce a bottle & a half of milk from each breast.

I think the poster above is talking about breast milk in general. not the tea lol.

I personally thought it was really bitter. then again I'm not the biggest tea fan. I added honey and it made it a little better haha.

Hehhe main thing is your baby will love it just the way it is. But yeah I heard it's like skim milk with sugar lol
