So apprently I caught a stomach bug. Ugh on top of everything else I did not need this. Paternity was established my husband is my step sons father. But now my ss mother is threatening to take us to court and tal5e us for 1500 a month. This is suppose to be our happy time as a family I have three months left of being pregnant we need to prepare and spend happy time together. But no my husband is stressed I'm stressed and sick.

oh my god that's awful! she sounds like such a mean person! from everything I have read about her she does not seem like a nice person. I'm sorry she is doing this to you guys!

@courtney_boyea she is having her finance do all the talking. He is asking for my husband's pay and what not, it's so agervating. We have talked to a lawyer and offered her a amount and she either didn't decided so said no i wasn't told. All I know is this is going to be a long dragged out process. We are stressing so bad over money due to this. It's making me so upset, like why now? Why couldn't she do this before we got pregnant or at least wait til after she's born.
