So I went to the emergency room yesterday for the migraines and they gave me zofran and benadryl 😒 they obviously want me to try and sleep through the pain. My blood pressure was 176/100 because the pain was so intense after giving me the zofran and benadryl I basically passed out they woke me up to give me some juice because my blood pressure had dropped to 105/56. So here I am at home feeling like I want to die because I can't handle the pain. They couldn't take x-rays no nothing. so between 12am-7am I'm on all 4s trying not to pass out and depending on my fiancé to give me a head massage which gives me about an hour to two hours of relief. He's been sleeping on the couch since I put him in the dog house but he's been in the bedroom with me the past 2 nights by my side and he's been taking off work to keep an eye on me.

Try putting your feet in warm water and something cold on the back of your neck. if things don't get better go back to the ER for sure

@emilyyy96___, I'm gonna try that too. I'm open to anything anybody can offer at this point. The pain is crippling my fingers begin to curl I start to sweat I'm a sucker at handling this kind of stuff

you can also try a warm bath and drink lots of water, powerade, etc. but have your hubby sit with you in the bathroom in case something happens. try to keep the house dim and quiet as much as you can

@bellamama09, go and get the pills it sounds like migraines, if so you need a migraine pill it's acetaminophen and caffeine plus a Pepsi to take it with also put a heating pad on your neck my bp is always low but too much pain is bad

Sounds like my situation my headaches are so bad i hate lights my fiance has to massage my head which only helps for a little bit tylenol is a joke wont give any relief and this is like almost pretty much everyday
