I have about 30 pounds to lose! Yikes. Time to start eating clean and doing some yoga.
Nothing to strenuous at first. I'm still so sore I can barely get off the couch, but I think some stretching would be fine. :)

I just got the okay to really exercise! yesterday was my pp check up, I got twenty pounds to lose. I'm so excited. Don't worry about working out so early in your recovery, I would just do kegels and relax, I think they say if you can go three days without bleeding or any of that gross discharge you should be okay to start light exercise but every time i did I started bleeding again @meganross
