@meplusmytwo, @kaylhunt2, yeah im worried about that and i always take my time and work up to a higher setting and try mimicking how my daughter feeds. I already tried a shower too :( i am about to take some ibeprofin and see if that helps a bit

watch for a red mark, hot skin and body aches. you get that combined with a fever and its mastitis which is suuuper awful. take your time pumping too. and make sure when you pump that you work from a low setting to a high one while massaging.

U may have to stand in the shower and let the water run over them
