Does bouncing on the bed have the same effect as bouncing on a birthing ball? lol

idk but the bed worked for me! lol

vi used the corner of my bed... especially if she was cramped upvin my side or something i just stratle the corner and sit up straight as possible and bounce

Seriously as someone who lacked abs before pregnancy... Be careful with how much you do with the ball the first time... I am hurting... Like muscle pain not the pain I want to feel but muscle holy crap pain!!! Might be a different story if you had abs before hand... Just don't do too much rocking and stuff right away!!!!

@kaity0117 o I thought you can bounce... I remember it saying bounce && rotate hips... I mean I'm sure we not supposed to bounce to aggressively but I'll reread about it again.. but yea the balls are cheap... I saw one $10 somewhere.. but still $20 isn't that bad

I think the ball is recommended because your not just supposed to bounce but to also roll your hips and do back/forth and side to side motions too! But I'm pretty sure the bed would do for the bouncing portion :p I got a ball today for 20$ at the grocery store!
