ladies, I have a question, I think one of my girls has asthma, which wouldn't be surprising considering I have it. But for the past week or so I've been listening to her breathing and at times it sounds like she weezes. I brought it up to the doctor and he said it's just a newborn thing with them figuring out how lungs work. so my question is since they'll be 2 months old friday, when should I have their pediatrician test for it? and how do they test for it?

My sons doctor said they dont usually like to diagnose them til after a year because I swear my son has it he needed breathing treatments and all but they diagnosed him with rsv after a nose swap. So now he is one so we will see what happens if he starts his episodes again.
