My daughters dad wants nothing to do with my daughter and it kills me. It kills me because he takes no responsibility and just lives his life like nothing happened. He can still be immature and stay out late, drink for celebrations and stay out till the sun comes up. While I on the other hand have to watch what I eat and can't be up past 10 because I work and go to school and am carrying a child who I will raise alone. Sorry. Rant over. Just really emotional right now ...

I've been there and know what you're feeling. Of all my kids this is the first time I havent felt alone. You will be just fine and so will your baby. Don't let him bring you down. Its his loss!
you got this, don't let him the jerk affect you because it's his loss not yours or the baby's.
My father wasn't in the picture my whole life, haven't seen him for 13 years and I am just fine. my mom took care of me and did everything a mother and father should and could do. I didn't miss out on anything. I'm not saying it's good he's not putting an effort, I'm just saying that sometimes it's better for people like that to not be in your life stressing you and causing you pain. one day I'll see my father and I'm glad that's my choice.

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Venting is good. Holding it in will just stress you and your precious little one. Just remember, in the end you've got this and that man is a fool for missing out on your amazing child just so he can act like one.
