I tried a humidifier a few times it did nothing. i used to sleep with my window open too. I feel bad for having to take them so long too. I hope your congestion gets better. @elliesmommy0315

No I try to not take any pills,i have used Breathe oils and humidifiers. but nothing works. @firstbaby_girl

yeah that doesn't help. have you tried allergy pills? I take zyrtec and I think it helps quite a bit. I hope it gets better for you cause I know how miserable it can be. @elliesmommy0315

ohh I hope mine gets better. It just seems to get worse!!! @firstbaby_girl it probably doesnt help that I got the flu in November and a cold a week ago. my sinuses hate me.

I've had it my whole pregnancy too. it used to be where I couldn't breathe hardly. its so much better now. I do still sneeze a bunch and my nose runs. but its a lot better.@elliesmommy0315,

@elliesmommy0315, yes I heard the heartbeat that night on the ultrasound machiene. I'm hoping for a girl I already have a boy who will be 3 next month plus I love our girl name. Cambria Fay and if it turns out to be a boy it will be Camden Clay

@elliesmommy0315, well I was sick 3 weeks ago and I had to go to the er because I was cramping and they couldn't find the heart beat with the fetal doplar so they did an ultrasound and I think I saw girl parts but the technician really wouldn't let me see in case there wasn't a heartbeat. She was really rude and hardly talked to me.
