time the contractions and if they become about 5 minutes apart don't go away with change in activity go get checked.

I've been having uncomfortable but stronger than usual Braxton hicks pretty close for the past hour. .And I've went to the bathroom alot and this last time when I got done like clear liquid was still coming out but but alot @junebaby

yes to both. my water only broke once on its own and I was in hospital already dilated to a 7. with my oldest daughter I thought I was just having Braxton hicks cause they didn't hurt. I went to get checked after my dad convinced me and I was dilated to a 7. With three of my four kids I never hurt until they broke my water.
