Might be tmi but I am wondering how often to you ladies poop...I can't tell if I'm constipated or my body just takes longer to digest because none of the laxative stuff works and I'm getting worried now! Thanks in advance

You can have decaf coffee too so yes you can have coffee I just prefer not regular because it's using up all my caffine intake for the day but decaf works good for laxative too

You can have one cup a day. They just don't want you drinking a lot
you shouldn't drink coffee while pregnant. it's the first thing my doctor told me. I poop so much now that I'm pregnant but try eating veggies and fruit

Ok thanks @shelbyann hopefully it will go away in a couple weeks. And @kate_magalina coffee doesn't work for me lol 😔 much worse constipation laxatives don't really even work for me
@edomke, coffee always works for me. Lol idk if that's normal but it does the trick
@edomke, Honestly it lasted up until 20 weeks for me. And it was the worst for me around 10-15 weeks. So hopefully you get some relief soon! It's already uncomfortable enough being pregnant and having all that pressure down there.
@shelbyann, thank you I have been eating healthier and I went today but I still feel constipated so idk if it's just going to be like that. I'm 12 almost 13 weeks how long did it last for you??
I had a bad problem when I first became pregnant. And I think you are typically supposed to make a bm everyday or every other day. I was going weeks and I was beyond miserable, nothing was helping. I started incorporating more fiber into my daily routine and I can't begin to tell you how much it's helped me stay regular. I eat a small bowel of Raisin bran everyday, the 100% whole wheat fig nutons for a snack, an 8oz glass of apple juice every other day, and lots and lots of water. It's worked wonders and no more laxatives. And I honestly feel so much better. :)
