Has anyone else had diarrhea like 3 or 4 times in one night? I'm 18 weeks and scared to death it might be food…

I did 2 days ago but it went away the next day. I just drank tons of water and ate crackers until it stopped.

I did around 17 weeks I believe and I did have food poisoning, I ended up going to the hospital for fluids and stuff, I think something else may have been going on too but I can't remember. definitely stay hydrated, just drink and drink and drink some more.
