I was 1cm for a week then I went to 2cm the next week and I'm 90% effaced. But I'm also carrying large so he is really weighing me down. Goodluck on yours tho!! @dani_8513

Lucky! I've been at 1cm since 36 weeks and finally on Wednesday they said Im at 2cm so I hope all the cramping and this ball get me far enough that my doc appointment on Monday gets me more good news!

Me too. lol I tried it when I was 37 weeks but I'm 40 now so I hope it either starts labor or breaks my water
