im so scared to give birth. im scared of needles and I hate pain and I hate anybody looking down below what do I do? plz…

trust me when the time comes your not gonna care who is lookin where. and idk if yoir getting the epidural but when the pain got so bad for me there was no other option then to get it.....i didnt even look at nothing or think about what he was doing. you will be alright girl.

and the pain of the epidural is wayyyyy better than the pain of natural childbirth in my opinion, ive done both...epidural is only painful for a couple minutes then boom, nothing.

i guarentee you when time comes u wont care whos in between ur legs..youll just want that baby out lol. I hate exams and papsmears i get horrible anxiety with them but when i had both my kids i couldnt have cared less who was looking long as they got them the hell out lol

when you go in labor you not going to think about any of that.

can't do much but deal with it they have to look down there in order to get the baby out safe

just focus on the thought of the beautiful child you ate going to receive! also I've heard to focus on something bright haha
