put warm wet towel on ur boobs to get them warm and the squeeze it out with ur hands

your boobs are drying up. nothing you can do besides let the process happen. warm water helps but if you pump itll only just make more milk come in.

heat and warmth makes it worse, don't let hot water hit your chest when you shower and wrap your breasts up, in a bandage...also cabbage leaves work really well I hear

I have heard that drinking pineapple juice helps, but I haven't tried it myself. it needs to be the 100% juice, with no added sugar.
