Google it it really helps you do not have to pump and dump wait 2 hours per drink depending on the Alcohol content more or less time they also have test strip to check if there's any alcohol in your milk

target actually has these test strips to see if u still have alcohol in ur breastmilk by the breast pumps. just saw them the other day.

you don't have to pump and dump. just wait until you are sober then there will be nothing in your milk.

Feed her before you drink then pump both breast and throw that milk away

pump enough for the next day or so and then after you drink pump and dump.
