Which side is best to lay on? I usually lay on my left, when i lay on my right side I always have trouble breathing correctly. my daughter is also across my stomach with her head being under my ribs on the right side.

@lena2315, so it is normal not to breath correctly on one of the sides lol. I thought it was just me
they say left is better, bc it helps with blood flow to the baby or something like that.

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.

Can contractions be one sided? I woke up to this on and off pain in my right lower abdomen/pelvic area.. I sleep on my left side anyways, but I've peed, drank water, laid on my left side to see if they will stop and they haven't.. Currently laying on my right side and it is continuing???
if I lay on my left side he's quiet, the minute I switch to laying on my right side he's moving like crazy and it feels so weird. could that be him telling me he doesn't like me laying on the right side??
the left side is recommend because better blood flow for baby and yourself, but lots && lots of pillows help wonderfully and a pilllow in between your legs 👌
