Yeah like if you plan to drink to get tipsy while prego then no don't drink. For 9 weeks I hadn't idea I was prego and drank so much. Lucky my kids fine but i stopped drinking after that and haven't taken a sip since and since all his major development (35 weeks) has finished why I plan to drink like barley a wine glass of champagne to ring in the new year :3

I understand you drank alot before knowing you were pregnant but that should be a sign that you did enough drinking? I am in no way trying to be mean or judge you but its not worth the risk since you drank enough to begin with.

Reason I'm doing it is cause I know my limits and also alcohols actually good forbid circulation why they say even breastfeeding drink a beer helps also with milk flow. Ive some research cause I freaked out too about the whole thing and only bad if you over do it @babyboolala @mrs.aceves
