@sexii_diiva, I like it's better when it's ice cold. so I put waters in the freezer or and take them out before they are completely frozen. Taste better when it's super cold. I drink roughly 100 oz of water a day if not more.
@stlgrl22 really girl idk what I'd do without the water enhancers.. sometimes it just feels like plain water won't go down my throat or something. idk it's weird
@sexii_diiva, I used to be a big soda drinker. now it's all water unless we go out to dinner or something. I have tired those and didn't like em. I have done flavored water as well made me sick.
@stlgrl22 that's actually a really good habit .. this the most water I've ever drank in life -& its because I'm pregnant but I said I may keep drinking water a lot. I get the water enhancers as well && taste just as good as koolaid to me lol
@sexii_diiva, my mom used to give her those things all the time all day everyday when she was there. it made her over weight by the age of 5. it has taken us a little over a year to get her back to normal weight. Since we don't really allow her to have alot of it or any at all.. we don't drink it.
