For all of my postpartum mommies: I delivered vaginally 8 days ago. I had very minor tearing (only 1stitch) but the pain is still there, pretty intense actually. I was wondering how long it took you to start to feel better? i'm literally squatting on an ice pack right now.

I had a 3rd degree tear plus pulled my upper thigh muscles on both my legs. My vag felt better after 4 weeks although I was still healing there past 6 weeks. And my muscles room over 8 weeks to heal
it took me about 3 weeks to feel better. still a little sore but not as bad as in the beginning. :D hope you feel better & use witch hazel pads they help a lot.
I didn't need stitches but I didn't feel completely better til about two weeks
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
