I just found out about nipple simulation to kick start labor... I've been unknowingly rubbing my nipples because it's soothing for quite some time now, maybe if I knew this I wouldn't be dilated already at 31 weeks. Wow I learned something new today!! Note to self: Stop rubbing nipples lol

hah...ive tried about everything at this point and got no where...:-/ so now they're telling me I have to be induced.
can anyone reccomend how I can try Nipple stimulation on my own? ( taking fun away for my other half ) hahaha... sounds stupid but do you just sit and rub your nipples?
